AKC has submitted comments to the Oklahoma State Board of Commercial Pet Breeders about their proposed regulations regarding dog breeding in Oklahoma. AKC states that the proposed regulations "... contain many problematic provisions that reach beyond the underlying statute and will cause needless and unintended harm to responsible dog owners and breeders."
